There’s something sacred about the stillness of the early morning. The house is quiet, the coffee is warm, and the day hasn’t yet demanded anything from you. I’ve started embracing these calm mornings once again.
I’ve been actively working to simplify our lives in preparation for the upcoming winter months. This season of rest feels especially important this year, and I’m making it a priority to create space for our family to breathe, relax, and recharge.
Living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) can be challenging, to say the least. From the dizziness and fatigue to the chronic pain, managing POTS requires a tailored approach.
